Q. How much will it cost to clean my home? A. Every home is different; all estimates are custom made to fit the need of each client. Prices depends on the size of your home, number of bathrooms, how often you want the home cleaned, and if you want additional extra services. The best way to obtain an accurate estimate is to fill out our online estimate form. Q. Are all visits the same amount and why do you charge a first-time initial cleaning fee? A. Not all visits cost the same, if you wish to have additional services, the price will vary. Please download our maintenance checklist, there you will find what we considered additional services. Also, we charge a one-time cleaning fee. Generally, it takes additional task to get your home to our standards. Thereafter, we charge a flat rate for subsequent cleaning service. You will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and maintenance cleaning. Remember, that if additional services are requested, that fee will vary. Q. Are you bonded, insured, and licensed? A. Yes, we are all of the above. Q. Must I be home when you cleaning staff arrive? A. This is your option. Most clients decide to give us a copy of their house keys. We safely store the keys in a safety box, and are returned to management at the end of the day. Your trust is very important to us. Q. Is your staff professional? A. Yes, our staff has over 10 years of experience. We also trained our staff on environmental issues and how to live by our standards. Q. What method of payments do you accept? A. We accept cash, credit card, and checks. Checks are to be made to Green Home Cleaning Services. Payment is due at the time of service. If you do not intend to be home at the time of service, you can leave cash or check in an envelope. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will keep your credit card information on file. Please download the credit card information release form from our website. We will charge your credit card after the service is complete. Also, for any returned checks, a $35.00 fee will be applied. Q. How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning? A. Please call us 48 hours in advance. If a proper notice is not given, we will have to charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. Q. What do I do with my pets at the time of cleaning? A. Please let us know of any special accommodation that needs to be arranged when we are cleaning. Although is not a requirement, we prefer that pets be restricted from the areas that are being cleaned. This allows us to clean your home more thoroughly and effectively. Q. What type of vacuum do use? A. We are proud to use Miele canister H.E.P.A filtration vacuums. Miele HEPA filter traps 99.9% of particles that are 0.3 micron and size--that is 1/200 the with of strand of human hair. This is especially beneficial for people who suffer from dust allergies; real allergy-relief can be a reality! Q. Do you offer full refunds if we were unsatisfied with your service? A. A 48 hour notice in writing via email or faxed needs to be sent to Green Home for a full refund. For additional questions, please contact Green Home administration. Q. Do you guarantee a specific time of arrival? A. Time of arrival will vary within a 3 hour window for clients who are present during services--traffic or accidents can delay the time of arrival Q. Do you supply all cleaning materials ? We supply all cleaning products and materials such as: microfiber dusting cloths, rags, mops, and paper towels. We ask that you supply a cleaning sponge, toilet bowel cleaner and a plastic container for your bathtub and shower stand due to sanitary reasons. If above items are not supplied , those areas will not be clean, due to Green Home not providing those items. All of our products are non toxic and environmentally safe.
